I’m Melissa Khan-Blackmore, PMP, project manager, entrepreneur, educator, and creator.
I’ve built a professional brand and community of 80,000+, worked with thousands of project professionals, and spent years helping PMs build confidence, increase their earning power, get visible, and create careers with more purpose and possibility.
But Powerhouse PM didn’t come from believing project managers need more career advice. It came from seeing how many incredibly capable PMs were trying to navigate the biggest parts of their careers alone.

Questions before you join?
Is this only for PMP-certified project managers?
No. We lead with the needs of working PMs, but the community is also open to professionals doing project-based work and people actively transitioning into project management. PMP holders receive the added benefit of eligible PDU opportunities.
Will I earn all 60 PDUs immediately?
No. PPM provides an ongoing pathway to earn all 60 renewal PDUs over time. Eligible sessions and the applicable PDU details will be clearly identified inside the community.
What if I cannot attend live?
Recordings and ongoing community discussions help you stay connected when life or work conflicts with a session. Live participation is still encouraged because relationships are a central part of the value.
Can my company pay for my membership?
Possibly. Many employers offer professional-development, certification-maintenance, or learning budgets. You will receive a payment receipt and can use the reimbursement request language above.
Can I cancel the monthly membership?
Monthly membership is designed for flexibility. Final cancellation terms will be shown at checkout before you enroll.
